We're partnering with an established fashion retailer to recruit an experienced Online Marketplace Manager to drive performance across key digital marketplace partners.
This is a hands-on commercial role, ideal for someone who combines strong marketplace trading experience with a passion for content optimisation.
You'll own sales, visibility and conversion across multiple channels, using data, insight and best-in-class product content to maximise performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own marketplace trading performance across key digital partners.
- Drive sales, visibility, conversion and profitability through commercial trading initiatives.
- Plan and execute campaigns, seasonal events and promotional activity.
- Analyse marketplace data and partner insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimise product listings, ensuring content, imagery, attributes and taxonomy are fully compliant and conversion-focused.
- Resolve listing issues and continuously improve product presentation.
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to deliver commercial objectives.
About You
- 3+ years' marketplace trading experience within retail or fashion.
- Hands-on experience with the Zalando Partner Program is essential.
- Strong understanding of marketplace trading, content optimisation and performance drivers.
- Experience with marketplace media platforms such as ZMS and AMS.
- Highly analytical, commercially driven and confident working across multiple stakeholders.
