We are partnering with an established and rapidly growing fashion business that is seeking an experienced and commercially minded People Partner to join its People team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting leaders and teams across the organisation, driving people initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders within the Brand, Marketing, and E-commerce functions. You will provide proactive, strategic, and commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring people practices align with business objectives while fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, working closely with external partners where required.
    • Manage ER cases effectively, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Talent and Performance
    • Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain talent.
    • Support performance management processes and succession planning initiatives.
  • Engagement and Culture
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive working environment.
    • Support leaders in building high-performing and collaborative teams.
  • Change Management and Projects
    • Contribute to organisational change initiatives and people-focused projects.
    • Support leaders through periods of growth and transformation.

    • Assist with reward reviews and the implementation of people policies and processes.
    • Ensure HR practices are consistent, effective, and aligned with business needs.
  • Data and Insights
    • Analyse people data and trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience operating as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Strong employee relations experience, with the confidence to manage cases independently while exercising sound judgement and knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Experience supporting creative, marketing, digital, retail, or e-commerce functions.
  • A pragmatic, commercially focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive within a dynamic and evolving business.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
