We’re proud to be partnering with a leading fashion business to appoint an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
You’ll be an expert in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent, building strong pipelines, and delivering innovative talent acquisition solutions across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support multiple recruitment and talent acquisition projects across the organisation
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Design and deliver effective talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract and retain world-class talent
- Create and execute impactful employer brand campaigns to strengthen market presence and candidate engagement
- Partner closely with senior leaders to develop hiring solutions aligned to global business objectives and policies
What we’re looking for:
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven experience in retail or fashion recruitment, ideally across buying, merchandising, creative, and design functions
- Demonstrated project leadership experience and a passion for innovation in recruitment
- Solid experience working within a head office recruitment environment
- A collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for identifying top talent and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
