A high-growth, trend-led consumer business is looking for an experienced Reward Partner to join its forward-thinking People team. This is a high-impact role for a compensation specialist who will shape and deliver modern reward frameworks across a large, diverse workforce, partnering closely with senior leaders to support performance, growth and fairness in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll lead annual and cyclical pay reviews, manage job evaluation and market benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson methodologies, and turn complex data into clear, commercial reward insight. Embedding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into reward decisions will be a key part of the role, alongside building reward capability within the team.
You’ll be a true expert in non-executive compensation across fixed and variable pay, commercially sharp and highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills and confidence operating both strategically and hands-on. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, discretion, and experience working with HR systems (Workday exposure advantageous) are essential.
The business operates a hybrid working model, with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office to keep pace, collaborate and move quickly.
