Our client, a leading multi-brand fashion business, is seeking an experienced People Partner to join their growing People team. This is a genuine strategic partnering role, working closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver high-quality operational and strategic people support across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in shaping culture, driving performance, and ensuring people practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and managers to align people strategies with business and commercial goals
  • Lead employee relations cases, providing pragmatic, legally compliant, and coaching-led advice
  • Develop and deliver departmental people plans, including talent mapping and succession planning
  • Manage and develop a People Assistant while overseeing core people processes
  • Collaborate with Talent, Learning & Development, and wider business teams on recruitment, development, engagement, and workforce planning
  • Lead key people initiatives, including compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and people analytics

  • An experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations expertise
  • A trusted advisor with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance business needs and a people-first approach
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
