Our client, a highly respected and well-established media agency, is seeking a Creative Agency Partner to drive strategic engagement with key creative agencies and unlock innovative opportunities for collaboration and growth. As a Creative Agency Partner, you will lead the engagement strategy across creative agencies, championing the business’s creative solutions and media capabilities. Partnering closely with the Client team, you will be instrumental in identifying and developing opportunities that deliver measurable value to both clients and creative partners. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about creativity, who thrives on building relationships, influencing key decision-makers, and pushing boundaries to deliver standout campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Client team to uncover and develop client, creative, and commercial opportunities.
- Own and continuously optimise the creative agency engagement strategy.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creative agencies.
- Proactively pitch creative solutions and media opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing to develop communications and initiatives that engage and inspire the creative community.
- Ensure creative agency representation and participation at relevant events.
- Educate and inspire creative agencies on the business’s full range of creative media possibilities.
- Establish yourself as a creative expert and trusted advisor within key agencies.
- Deliver insightful, engaging presentations that drive creative media solutions and influence client decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service, with a proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to going the extra mile.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in a client development or business growth role within a creative or media agency setting.
- Demonstrable track record of new business development and revenue growth.
- Existing network and strong relationships within the creative agency landscape (preferred).
- Broad, cross-channel media knowledge and understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport at all levels.
- Confident and empathetic presenter, skilled in developing and delivering compelling proposals.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
