We are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware, and proactive Business Manager to support the effectiveness and execution capability of the Operating Board. This is a pivotal operational leadership role, acting as a trusted advisor and coordinator across executive priorities to ensure alignment between business planning, decision-making, operational delivery, and organisational performance.

Working closely with Operating Board members, Function Leaders, and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will drive governance excellence, support strategic initiatives, and help deliver against corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Operating Board meetings, agendas, reports, and follow-ups
  • Track actions, decisions, KPIs, and delivery against priorities
  • Translate board priorities into actionable plans and monitor progress
  • Produce executive reports, dashboards, and governance materials
  • Support cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Support leadership planning, budgeting, and review cycles
About You
  • Experience in a Business Manager, Chief of Staff, or executive support role
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability
