A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join the HR team of a successful and growing business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around two years' HR experience who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and supportive HR team.

Supporting the full employee lifecycle, you'll play a key role in HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, reporting, compliance and employee engagement.

You'll also be a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, helping to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

We're looking for someone who has

  • Around two years' HR Administration or HR Operations experience.
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it).
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with an HRIS (Bamboo HR would be an advantage).
  • Strong Excel skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
