Our client, a forward-thinking renewable energy company, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist to support operational and corporate teams across multiple UK sites. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on employee relations, supporting managers, recruitment, performance management, and driving practical HR solutions within an operational environment.
- Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance
- Coaching and supporting managers with people matters
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Advising on HR policies and employment law
- Monitoring HR metrics including absence and turnover
Proven HR Advisor / HR Generalist experience within manufacturing, logistics, engineering, energy, or similar operational environments. Strong employee relations experience. Willingness to travel regularly between sites.
