An established retail brand is seeking an experienced Interim Head of People to join the business on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering the end-to-end People and Talent agenda across a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.

Reporting into the executive team, you will play a key role in driving organisational performance, embedding a high-performing culture, and enabling business growth through commercially focused people strategies.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the development and execution of a holistic People Strategy, ensuring alignment across the full employee lifecycle.

You will oversee Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Reward and People Operations, ensuring these functions operate effectively and deliver measurable impact.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will bring a strong commercial and people-focused perspective to business decisions while leading and developing a high-performing People team.

The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a particular focus on transformation, operational excellence and driving results.

The successful candidate must have retail or hospitality experience and will be an experienced People leader with a proven track record of operating at a senior level within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
