An established yet fast-growing sustainable business is seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Executive Assistant to support the effective operation of its Operating Board. This is not a traditional EA or PA role. Instead, this position sits at the centre of the leadership team, helping to bring structure, discipline, governance and accountability to executive operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Operating Board functions effectively as a cohesive decision-making body.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee the operational rhythm and governance of the Operating Board, including:
- Agenda planning and meeting coordination
- Board reporting and progress tracking
- Preparing minutes, actions and decision logs
- Ensuring follow-through and accountability across the executive team
- Supporting governance processes and leadership cadence
- Monitoring priorities, dependencies and key deliverables to ensure momentum is maintained
We are looking for someone who is confident operating in a senior stakeholder environment and capable of bringing clarity, organisation and challenge where needed. You will likely come from a background such as:
- Executive Assistant support at senior leadership or board level
- Board or committee operations
- Governance or company secretariat support
- Chief of Staff or business management
- Programme Management / PMO
- Operational leadership support
