We are currently partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce fashion retailer looking to hire a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead campaign activity across e-commerce and social commerce channels. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role responsible for driving traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, trading, and creative—translating commercial priorities into effective, results-driven campaigns across paid social, email, organic, and onsite channels.

You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning through to execution and optimisation, while analysing performance to continuously improve ROI, conversion, and customer engagement. There’s also a strong opportunity to influence strategy, identify growth opportunities, and align marketing activity with key trading moments.

Key requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing within an e-commerce environment
  • Strong understanding of performance channels (paid social, paid search, email, affiliates)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise performance
  • Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Experience within retail, fashion, or consumer e-commerce, as well as exposure to Shopify, CRM, or social commerce platforms, would be advantageous.
