We’re currently partnering with a leading fashion retailer to recruit a Digital Designer (CRM) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative and detail-focused designer to join a fast-paced in-house creative team, delivering best-in-class digital content across CRM, web, and social channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the concepting, creation, and delivery of engaging marketing emails, digital assets for desktop and mobile, and creative content for both organic and paid social. You’ll also collaborate closely with wider digital design teams to develop editorial assets and explore new layout and design concepts across all channels.

The Role
  • Create compelling CRM/email campaigns from concept through to final delivery
  • Design digital assets across web, email, and social (organic + paid)
  • Support the development of editorial and seasonal creative output
  • Present design ideas and finalised routes confidently to senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with UX/UI, development, trading, brand, and content teams
  • Ensure all creative is consistent, on-brand, and optimised for digital performance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to tight deadlines
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital design, ideally within fashion or retail
  • Strong CRM/email design experience with an understanding of lifecycle marketing
  • Confident working across omnichannel campaigns
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, layout, and campaign work
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • After Effects skills desirable
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital customer journeys
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
  • A proactive, ideas-driven designer with a strong eye for detail, typography, and layout
