A prestigious global business is looking for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join its team and support a well-established, high-profile brand. This is a varied and hands-on role, partnering with managers and employees across the business, with a particular focus on supporting retail store managers, as well as some head office stakeholders too. You’ll provide trusted day-to-day advice across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance, absence, recruitment, onboarding and people policies, while also supporting wider talent, engagement, learning and organisational development initiatives.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced HR/People Advisor who enjoys working closely with managers and providing practical, commercially minded people support. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in an HR Advisor or similar first-line HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation.
- Experience within retail, luxury or another customer-focused environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence managing competing priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD or a relevant HR qualification would be advantageous.
