We are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware, and proactive Business Manager to support the effectiveness and execution capability of the Operating Board. This is a pivotal operational leadership role, acting as a trusted advisor and coordinator across executive priorities to ensure alignment between business planning, decision-making, operational delivery, and organisational performance.
Working closely with Operating Board members, Function Leaders, and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will drive governance excellence, support strategic initiatives, and help deliver against corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Operating Board meetings, agendas, reports, and follow-ups
- Track actions, decisions, KPIs, and delivery against priorities
