Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator to join their Main Contracts team, working on projects valued up to 15m across the Home Counties, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire and North London. This is a standalone design role, providing full design support to our preconstruction team through tender and to our project delivery teams through to completion. Reporting to the Main Contracts Director, you will coordinate the design process including full design, Design working with consultant design teams to ensure designs are technically compliant, buildable and delivered in line with the project programme, budget and client requirements.
