Senior Architectural Technician / Project Lead
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a well-established and growing architectural team working on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical design work with project leadership.
You will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion while remaining actively involved in the production of detailed technical drawings and construction information.
The Role
- Lead and coordinate architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailed construction packages.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance where required.
- Maintain compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.
About You
You will be an experienced Architectural Technician with
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
- Current experience using Auto CAD (and Revit if applicable).
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A practical, hands-on approach to technical delivery.
- A passion for producing accurate, buildable construction information.
