Platinum Search Recruitment are recruiting for 3 Architectural Technicians to join our client based in the Essex region. Our client is an established, award-winning multi-disciplinary architectural practice seeking multiple ambitious and experienced Architectural Technicians to join its growing team. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on large-scale residential developments. Following a period of sustained growth and expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The Role
This position is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in delivering high-quality working drawings for housing developers, housing associations, contractors, and SME clients. You will play a key role within the technical team, contributing to the successful delivery of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Production and delivery of detailed working drawing packages
- Coordination with internal team members and external consultants
- Ensuring accuracy and quality through thorough self-checking
- Supporting team efficiency and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in residential/housing delivery
- Excellent drawing and report-writing ability
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit advantageous)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
