The Role
You’ll be working across residential social housing properties, supporting voids and repairs projects. This role requires versatility, quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Voids & responsive repairs
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Damp & mould remediation
- Painting & decorating
- General multi-trade duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader
- Strong all-round trade skills
- Own van & tools (essential)
- PPE required
- Reliable, professional and team-oriented
