We’re looking for a Creative & Experiences Lead to join the in-house creative solutions team of a leading media business.
This is a senior creative role focused on turning commercial opportunities into standout ideas and audience experiences – spanning experiential campaigns, special builds, interactive installations, digital and technology-enabled experiences.
You’ll lead creative development on priority briefs, set the creative standard across the team and manage and develop a small team of producers. You’ll also work closely with commercial and agency partners to pitch ideas, build client relationships and turn creative opportunities into successful campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a strong creative background across experiential, integrated, brand experience or special-build work
• Can turn briefs and audience insights into simple, compelling ideas
• Has experience leading multidisciplinary creative development
• Is confident presenting and selling ideas to senior clients and agencies
• Can inspire, manage and develop creative teams
• Combines creative ambition with commercial awareness and practical delivery
• Is curious about culture, technology and new ways for brands to engage audiences
