Our client, a successful global organisation, is seeking a bright and ambitious Graduate Administrator to join their friendly team in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain valuable commercial experience within an international business, with exposure to sales support, customer service, order processing, and office administration.
Working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays (office based), you will support the UK sales team and play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent service whilst helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Salary £24,000 – £25,500 per annum.
Duties will include:
- Processing customer orders and ensuring all information is accurately recorded
- Providing updates to customers regarding orders, deliveries, and timescales
- Supporting the sales team with quotations, reports, and administrative tasks
- Building positive relationships with customers and responding to enquiries professionally
- Meeting and greeting visitors attending training sessions
- Maintaining records, reports, and internal databases
- Assisting with office administration and operational support activities
- Managing office supplies and ensuring the office remains organised and efficient
