A well-established organisation based in Windsor is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join its team in a part-time role. This position sits within a busy marketing and business development function, supporting the delivery of services and managing relationships. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with a range of stakeholders and able to manage a varied workload within a professional environment. Experience or an interest in marketing would be advantageous, as there may be scope for the role to develop in the future.
This is a part-time role, either 3 days per week or school hours across 4 to 5 days. Salary 29,993 pro rata (approximately 17,995).
The role:
- Managing enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of communication and responsiveness
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Supporting onboarding processes and coordinating with internal teams
- Reviewing information and ensuring accurate processing, with a high level of attention to detail
- Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring all data is up to date
- Liaising with internal teams including marketing and finance
- Proactively following up on enquiries to support engagement and conversion
- Supporting wider business development and relationship management activity
About you:
- Previous experience in a sales, business development, customer-focused or relationship-based role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, including presenting or communicating at different levels
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer management or sales processes
- Educated to degree level or equivalent would be advantageous
- Experience working with diverse customer groups or international stakeholders would be beneficial
