Our client is looking for an experienced Service Charge Accounts Manager. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of service charge accounts for a portfolio of properties. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with relevant regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to property owners and residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
