This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation near Maidenhead as an Events Sales Executive. Working as part of a small and committed team, you will support clients from their initial enquiry and appointment through to confirmation and ongoing account management. Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role based near Maidenhead, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
The role involves understanding each client’s individual requirements, guiding them towards the most suitable options and maintaining regular contact throughout their journey. Strong B2C sales and customer service experience is important, ideally gained within hospitality, travel, events or another premium consumer environment. You will also coordinate diaries, keep records and documentation accurate and work closely with operational colleagues to ensure information and expectations are clearly communicated.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the services available and explain the different options to prospective clients
- Establish each client’s individual requirements and help them make an informed decision
- Conduct both in-person and virtual client appointments
- Support promotional events and other client-facing activities
- Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries received by telephone, email and messaging channels
- Manage relationships with confirmed clients, maintaining regular contact and providing ongoing support
- Coordinate client diaries and ensure appointments and key dates are recorded correctly
- Complete the administration associated with new business, including updating the CRM and maintaining client documentation
- Work closely with operational colleagues to ensure client requirements and expectations are clearly understood
- Monitor progress against individual and team sales objectives
- Suggest improvements to services, internal processes and the overall client experience
- Provide wider support to colleagues when required
About You
- Experience within hospitality, travel, events or another premium consumer environment would be highly desirable
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Warm and approachable with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
