Customer Service Executive , reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, who will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales and administration support.
This includes customer liaison, quoting/selling and various other administration duties.
The company offers opportunities for progression and the chance to study NVQ's and related qualifications.
Salary £25,000 - £29,000 depending on level experience, plus bonus scheme, career development plans allowing you to progress and grow within the company.
This role is fully office based.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customers by telephone and advising them of the various products available
- Completing applications on behalf of customers, ensuring all key information is recorded with accuracy
- Updating internal systems with sales information
- Producing necessary documentation for new insurance policies
- Maintaining various customer records and handling policy renewals
- Responding to email/telephone enquiries generated from the website
- Performing further business projects upon request of the Sales Operations Manager
Experience Required
- The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Experience in financial services is preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication/negotiation skills
- The ability to learn processes quickly
