Key Responsibilities
- As a Parts Advisor, you'll play an important role in ensuring workshop technicians and customers receive the correct parts efficiently.
- Identify and supply the correct parts for commercial vehicles
- Assist customers and workshop technicians with parts enquiries
- Process parts orders, deliveries and stock movements
- Maintain accurate stock records and help manage inventory
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the parts department
What we're looking for
- We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in parts, automotive or commercial vehicle environments.
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist or similar
- Commercial vehicle or automotive industry experience is preferred
- Service Advisor experience will also be considered
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
