About the Role:

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious training and events venue located in the countryside near Wotton under Edge, Gloucestershire. A Chef de Partie is needed to join a professional and supportive kitchen brigade. From conferences and corporate events to weddings and private dining, each day presents a new challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to ensure a flawless service at meal times and for a diverse range of special events.
  • Work in all kitchen sections, maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment.
  • Follow all food hygiene and health and safety rules at all times.
  • Commit to a 40‑hour work week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Travel to Wotton under Edge on a daily basis (accommodation is not provided).

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel, events or conference venue.
  • Positive attitude and genuine interest in food and hospitality.
