We’re hiring a Sous Chef in Windsor to join a solid team. If you’re a Chef who loves working with seasonal British food, this is the perfect job for you. The venue is aiming for a 2 AA Rosette standard and wants a strong number 2 in the kitchen.

Your Role as Sous Chef:
You’ll be a key part of our 6‑person brigade. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the kitchen and keeping our food standards high
- Working with seasonal British ingredients and our nose‑to‑tail cooking style
- Helping with weekly butchery, daily caught fish, and all menu prep
- Ordering, stock control, and leading the team alongside the Head Chef
