Key Responsibilities

As the Chef De Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food every service by:

  • Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
  • Running your own section during busy service periods
  • Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation and consistency
  • Supporting the kitchen with daily operations
  • Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are always met
