You won't be stuck behind spreadsheets, you'll be part of the senior leadership team, working alongside the Managing Director and department heads to shape strategy, improve processes, and drive business performance.

Take full ownership of the finance function - from transactional finance to month-end reporting and strategic planning.
Business partner with department heads and the MD to drive decision-making and commercial performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modelling.
Manage and develop a small, capable finance team.
Deliver process improvements and automation projects to create a scalable finance operation.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Experience in an SME or service-based environment, managing the end-to-end finance cycle.
Strong communication skills - able to influence non-finance stakeholders and simplify the complex.
Either qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or part qualified.
