What\'s involved?
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes during service.
- Take responsibility for your section and ensure it is service-ready.
- Help train and support junior members of the kitchen team.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
- Step up and lead the kitchen when required.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient service at all times.
