Key Responsibilities:
As a Workshop Plant Fitter, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a wide range of equipment:
- Service, maintain and repair plant machinery including excavators, dumpers,rollers,telehandlers and more.
- Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team
What we’re looking for:
- Backgrounds considered: Plant, Forklift, Powered Access, Crane, Agriculture or HGV
- Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills
- Relevant engineering qualification is preferredbut not desired(NVQ/City & Guilds beneficial)
- Full UK driving licence
