Up to £65,000 - Hybrid working, 25 days + bank holidays, birthday off, private health care.

Exposure to Board-level presentation, part of the SLT in driving growth plans and leading a high-performing, highly successful finance team.

This new, business-critical hire will be instrumental in ambitious 5-year business plans centred around growing turnover to £50 million, expanding their brand across the market, and bolstering their name as the UK leader in their field.

You will report into the Financial Controller, with the role being 50% team management and production of the management accounts and 50% business partnering with the London team, analytics, and FP&A. You will operate as the central hub to all things finance.

  • Regular SLT meetings inclusive of the CFO and Directors to steer the business plan.
  • End-to-end production of the management accounts to be presented at Board-level.
  • Liaise with billionaire investors on acquisition projects.

The infrastructure is now all in place to secure expansion; reporting covered by implementing an FP&A team, visibility through data covered by the analytics team, and a huge office in the heart of the city centre secured to meet recruitment demands.
