We’re recruiting for a Parts Salesperson to join an established business in Stevenage. You’ll be working in a showroom environment, helping customers with parts and products while supporting the wider team. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail, sales, parts or machinery experience looking for a stable long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal with customer enquiries face-to-face, by telephone and email
• Assist with sales of parts and associated products
• Identify parts and support workshop requirements
• Receive and distribute goods
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain a professional showroom environment
• Support the team during busy periods

What we’re looking for

• Previous retail, sales or parts experience is desirable
• Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural or machinery products would be beneficial
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Good computer and numeracy skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
