What’s involved?

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the smooth day‑to‑day running of the restaurant and front‑of‑house operation. You’ll lead from the floor, inspire the team, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and memorable service every time. You’ll also support team development, drive service standards, assist with staffing and operations, and deputise for the General Manager when required.
