What\’s involved?
This Sous chef position will involve supporting the Head Chef with the complete running of the kitchen from general mise en place and service to ordering, maintaining hygiene processes, training and developing staff etc.
There is a stunning herb & vegetable garden which the team enjoy use of to create and develop seasonal dishes.
This position does not come with accommodation.
