What’s involved?
As Pastry Chef, you will be part of the pastry team responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative pastry, working closely with the Head Pastry Chef. You will help to manage the overall pastry operation, including prep schedules, stock control, budgeting and maintenance, as well as the day-to-day production of outstanding dishes.
For this we hope you have:
- Some good previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-quality restaurant.
- An awareness of trends and seasonality of produce.
- A creative approach to your work with attention to detail.
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.
