You'll be joining a hugely successful construction SME looking to scale-up and bring finance in-house from the externals.

The MD will be guided by you on process implementation, systems, MI packs, deadlines, schedules, everything, so it's a proper opportunity for someone to dig in and create a finance function from the ground up.

You'll be supported along the way and be given all the tools needed to excel in the role.

Whatever you see fit to implement, the MD is open to hearing.

This is a standalone role initially, so you've got to be comfortable and flexible digging into all aspects of accounting, from the invoicing through to management accounts and system implementations.

Someone who has worked in an SME in a well-rounded finance role would be the perfect profile…

Budget is flexible so he is open to listening however he'd like someone with construction experience who wants a long-term role to settling into for the foreseeable, another "lifer" to join the team.

The offices are brand new, open-plan, modern and in the heart of Salford Quays.

The whole business is office-based, and it's a relaxed, collaborative environment to work in with a family-feel and brew run in place!
