On behalf of a £10m turnover construction business, I am searching for a commercially strong Financial Controller to build and lead the in-house finance function.
This is a pivotal hire for the MD who is ambitious and has mega growth plans but needs someone to drive this - is that person you?
The objective is clear: create a finance function that adds value, informs strategy, and significantly reduces reliance on external accountants.
