As a Parts Supervisor in Rochford, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the parts department—supporting customers, supervising operations, and ensuring the smooth supply of parts across Agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day‑to‑day running of the parts department
- Deliver excellent customer service face‑to‑face, over the telephone, and via email
- Support and motivate the parts team to achieve targets and maintain standards
- Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
- Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a Parts Supervisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role
- Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
- Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- A proactive and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
