As a Parts Supervisor in Rochford, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the parts department—supporting customers, supervising operations, and ensuring the smooth supply of parts across Agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day‑to‑day running of the parts department
  • Deliver excellent customer service face‑to‑face, over the telephone, and via email
  • Support and motivate the parts team to achieve targets and maintain standards
  • Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
  • Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Parts Supervisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role
  • Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors
  • Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • Full UK driving licence
