What's involved?
A successful Restaurant Manager will have great experience working in a busy hospitality setting. You will be a front facing, driven leader with great experience in managing a team of staff. You will need fantastic customer service skills as a hands-on manager, as well as good experience in creating rotas, dealing with the day-to-day finances and stock control. Experience in serving a community led site is key as well as balancing the ability to coordinate with the Front of House Team members and communicate well with the kitchen, giving the guests a seamless and welcoming experience.
