Relief Sushi Chef – London – 2 week temporary assignment – Start: 16th June. Live out. This is a busy sushi restaurant in Central London.

Responsibilities
- Support the client’s kitchen on a temporary basis, ensuring smooth running.
- Perform various kitchen or cooking duties, or be assigned to a specific section.
- Cover positions from Relief Chef de Partie through to Head Chef, and everything in between.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.
- Remain calm under pressure and conduct yourself professionally at all times.
