Platinum Recruitment are supporting a well-known theatre in Eastbourne and are looking for a Chef de Partie on a temporary basis to support the permanent members of staff in the kitchen.

What\’s involved?

Our Client, a long standing theatre in Eastbourne is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant Eastbourne team on a temporary basis . You\’ll work closely with our permanent Head Chef and brigade to deliver high-quality dishes that dazzle, whether it\’s a quick pre-show plate or a luxurious evening meal.

Some of your duties will be as follow.

• Take responsibility for your section and bring consistency, creativity, and quality to every dish
• Collaborate with the team to ensure service is smooth, swift, and showstopping
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards like a true professional
