What’s involved?
As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will work as part of a well‑established and passionate kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high‑quality pastries, as well as overseeing the daily running of the pastry and bakery section. You will prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as bread and cakes using fresh ingredients, follow recipes, decorate finished products, and help develop and create new items and desserts. You and your team must maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulations at all times. You should have previous hotel experience; ideally to 2 AA Rosette standard or equivalent. You must be passionate about delivering a high‑quality, memorable dining experience and be driven to progress within the pastry team. Candidates should be a proven Pastry Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Pastry Chef ready to take the next step.
Additional Details
Staff live‑in accommodation is available if required and is a 10‑minute walk from the hotel. A bus stop is located outside the hotel for those who do not drive.
