As a Parts Advisor in Sleaford, you’ll be at the heart of the operation—supporting customers, managing parts enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the department across Agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face, telephone, and email
- Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries
- Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
- Handle deliveries including loading and unloading stock
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role
- Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- A proactive and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
