Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face, telephone, and email
  • Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries
  • Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
  • Handle deliveries including loading and unloading stock
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
