What's involved? As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading a talented front-of-house team and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. Working closely with the senior management team and Head Chef, you will help drive standards across all aspects of service while developing and inspiring your team.
- Leading the front-of-house team during service, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards
- Managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service throughout
- Coaching, mentoring and developing the team to achieve consistently high performance
- Delivering warm, knowledgeable and professional guest interactions
- Managing reservations, guest relations and service planning
- Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless communication between kitchen and restaurant
- Demonstrating excellent food and wine knowledge, confidently advising guests and maximising wine sales

The ideal candidate The successful Restaurant Manager will have previous experience leading a premium or fine dining restaurant, ideally within a Michelin-recognised or multi-AA Rosette environment. You’ll be a natural leader with outstanding attention to detail, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to create unforgettable guest experiences. Strong wine knowledge and experience managing high-performing front-of-house teams are essential.
