As a Parts Supervisor in Norwich, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the parts department, leading a small team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring customers and technicians receive the right parts at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily running of the parts department
- Supporting and motivating the parts team to achieve targets and maintain high standards
- Providing excellent customer service across face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts for customers and technicians
- Managing stock levels, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations
- Supporting showroom sales and assisting with product enquiries
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience within a Parts Supervisor, Parts Advisor, or similar position
- Experience working within automotive, plant, HGV, agricultural, or machinery environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using business systems
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- A proactive and professional approach to your work
- A full UK driving licence
