Key Responsibilities
As aNight Supervisor, you will:
- Lead the overnight operation, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and safely throughout the night
- Inspire and support the night team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Welcome guests, oversee late check‑ins and early departures, and handle guest enquiries
- Carry out security checks and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
- Resolve guest issues confidently and professionally
- Complete the night audit and overnight reporting accurately
- Ensure public areas remain clean, presentable and guest‑ready
- Prepare the hotel for the following day's operations
- Work closely with other departments to maintain exceptional service standards
What we're looking for
The idealNight Supervisorwill have:
- Previous experience in a Night Supervisor, Night Porter or similar hotel role
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for guest service
- The confidence to make decisions and work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of the Guestlinesystem is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work a Monday to Sunday night rota
