Platinum Recruitment are currently working with a Waste & Recycling company who are looking for a Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF) Manager to join their busy team in their Ascot, Berkshire office.

What's involved?
- Ensuring the safe & efficient running of the waste management & recycling department
- Controlling the input & output of production & ensuring a smooth process is ran
- Monitoring health & safety & ensuring compliance is adhered
- Controlling budgets
- Attending meetings
- Direct interface with clients to assist with resolutions
- Producing / reporting to Manager as required
- Analysis of waste where required
- Write & implement operational policies
- Provide continuous improvement
- Management and development of MRF various staff
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Understand customer requirements and find suitable solutions to meet those needs

- Self-motivated as well as a good motivator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
